Brief Introduction to Bioinformatics and Computational Biology
These are the course materials for a Brief Introduction to Bioinformatics and Computational Biology short course offered occasionally to institutions interested in the FLAD Computational Biology Collaboratorium hosted by the Instituto Gulbenkian da Ciencia, Oeiras, Portugal. This instance will be delivered on June 19-20, 2006 at the Instituto de Sistemas e Robotica at the Instituto Superior Tecnico. Below are some of the materials used. The materials used for previous versions of this course are available: 2002 and 2001.
