The Spreading activation utilities available here were prepared by Johan Bollen from the data produced for the XML and Relational Repositories of the Active Recommendation Project. The Journal utility was developed by Johan Bollen and Herbert van Sompel for LWW, and the Hypertext utility for the Principia Cybernetica Project was developed by Johan Bollen and Francis Heylighen.
